I'm Rony, a portrait photographer who was born in Fort Myers, FL, but raised in Fort Lauderdale for over 25 years. I'm now based in Houston, Texas since 2022 and loving every minute of it.

YOLO is one of my top mottos in life and I say that to say this. We only live once but photos and videos are a great way to allow us to live nearly forever. I fell in love with photography about 15 years ago when bought my first camera as a senior in high school. I wouldn’t claim to be a photographer until about 10 years ago when I picked up my second camera the Sony a6000. Capturing the moments is just an uncanny feeling to me and as I continue to grow as a photographer I'll continue to share those moments with the world. Hope you all enjoy the work
Why Niftee One?
Well, most photographers are familiar with the term Nifty 50 as the 50mm focal length is considered to be one of the best focal lengths out there. Plus it is somewhat similar to what the human eye sees, just more towards the telephoto side. Niftee One, spelled with two e’s at the end instead of a y, was chosen because “Nifty One” wasn’t available to me on Instagram. Nonetheless, I went with the name Niftee One because of the meaning of nifty itself, combined with the term Nifty 50, and finally, me just aiming to be the one.
